At Bennett Electrical, we undertook a high-end residential project focused on designing and building a comprehensive power and lighting installation for a luxurious refurbishment in Collingtree. This transformation involved stripping the property back to bare brick and extending it to include a third floor, an orangery, as well as additional bedrooms and a dedicated cinema room.

  • Integration of heating system controls and Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) systems to ensure optimal comfort and energy efficiency.
  • Delivery of as-built drawings and certifications to confirm compliance with all regulatory standards.
